Remove yourself from the Order
If you are no longer able to deliver an order you can remove yourself from it. You will not be paid for the order.
Tap the Support icon in the top bar of the screen to access the Support menu.
Remove this order
so you no longer have to deliver it.
If this option is not showing to you, you need to call rider support using the in-app link to remove yourself from the order. If you already have collected the order and can no longer deliver you will need to return the package to the restaurant.
